At Paget High School, we recognise the importance of working in partnership with students and parents to secure the best possible outcome for our students.
Parents and students have access to meetings and resources which give you advice on how to break down revision running up to the exams. In addition, we have intervention and revision sessions that will run over the course of KS4 to best equip students with the knowledge and skills required to succeed.
All the guidance and advice we are giving is based on the research from Tom Sherrintgton and Oliver Caviglioli’s ‘Student and Parents Learning Walkthrus. Better Learning, Step by Step’. This is because it is a visual guide to key aspects of learning and studying at home.
It is crucial that students draw up a revision plan and timetable to make sure they cover all topics in plenty of time, avoiding any last minute panic. Examples revision timetables and blank templates are available for download below.
