This is where an individual or group takes advantage of an imbalance of power to coerce, manipulate or deceive a child or young person under the age of 18 into sexual or criminal activity.
If you believe a child is being exploited either sexually or criminally you need to inform the police immediately. Use 999 if the child is in immediate danger or 101 to share concerns.
